What to Expect from Groups
Each group offers a blend of psychoeducation, therapeutic support, and peer connection. You'll gain practical tools and insights rooted in evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, while also having space to process your experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Group members often find it deeply validating to connect with others navigating similar challenges—you're not alone, and healing doesn't have to happen in isolation.
Groups meet for 8 sessions, held bi-weekly in the evenings, typically from 6:00–7:30 PM on Mondays, Thursdays, or Fridays.

This virtual group is for parents who want to show up with more patience, confidence, and connection—without the pressure to do it perfectly. Through a blend of psychoeducation, therapeutic support, and peer connection, we’ll explore topics like emotional regulation (yours and your child’s), boundaries, self-compassion, discipline without shame, and breaking generational cycles. Whether you’re parenting toddlers, teens, or somewhere in between, this group offers a supportive, judgment-free space to grow, reflect, and feel less alone in the challenges of parenthood.
Breaking the Cycle: Anger Management is a virtual group for those ready to better understand and manage anger, reactivity, and emotional overwhelm. Using DBT skills, cognitive reframing, and insight-oriented work, we’ll explore how trauma history and core beliefs shape your thoughts, emotions, and behavior. You'll learn practical tools for emotion regulation, communication, and boundary-setting—while building self-compassion and healthier relationships. This group offers a nonjudgmental space to unpack old patterns, challenge internal narratives, and develop new ways of responding to stress and conflict with clarity and care.
