Group Sessions

Healing doesn’t have to happen alone. My therapy groups are designed to bring together people with shared experiences in a safe, supportive space. Each group blends education, therapeutic support, and peer connection so you can gain practical tools and feel understood by others who get it.

All groups are virtual and open to California residents only.

Rates & Payment

  • Individual Groups: $920 total for 8 sessions ($115/session per person)

  • Couples Group (Relate & Repair): $1,200 total for 8 sessions ($150/session per couple)

  • Groups are not insurance-covered (out-of-pocket only) and non-refundable.

  • Payment plans are available because everyone deserves access to quality mental health care.

Current Group Offerings

  • A structured, skills-based group for teens and adults seeking tools to manage anxiety, mood swings, impulsivity, and relationship stress. Learn practical skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, thought-challenging, and healthy communication.

  • For individuals recovering from emotionally abusive or manipulative relationships. We’ll cover gaslighting, trauma responses, codependency, grief, and rebuilding self-worth—while learning how abuse impacts the brain and nervous system. You’ll gain tools to set boundaries, reclaim your voice, and move toward empowerment.

  • For couples wanting stronger communication, trust, and intimacy. Drawing from Gottman Method and Imago Therapy, you’ll learn skills for navigating conflict, deepening connection, and repairing after challenges. A safe space to grow together and rekindle closeness.

  • For individuals ready to better understand and manage anger. We’ll explore how trauma and core beliefs fuel reactivity, and practice DBT and cognitive tools to improve emotion regulation, communication, and self-compassion.

  • For parents who want to show up with more patience, connection, and confidence—without the pressure of doing it “perfectly.” Topics include emotional regulation (for both parent and child), boundaries, discipline without shame, and breaking generational cycles.

  • Parenthood can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating. This group helps new parents navigate identity shifts, relationship stress, postpartum anxiety, and depression—with compassion, support, and validation. Open to all genders and family structures.

  • A space for teens coping with the stress and instability of high-conflict family life. We’ll focus on emotional safety, boundaries, self-esteem, and healthy communication—helping teens build self-trust and resilience.

  • A supportive, affirming group for LGBTQ+ teens exploring identity, belonging, and family dynamics. Together, we’ll build confidence, practice emotional regulation, and explore topics like coming out, coping with rejection, and self-expression.
